Your initial consultation fee includes a 2-week follow-up period with unlimited email communication, so you can implement your treatment plan with support and get answers to any questions that come up as you put my suggestions into practice. Each follow-up visit includes 1 week of email support for the same purpose.
If you don't have coverage and cost is a concern, please tell me. I want cost to be a barrier to care as little as possible, and a reduced-fee initial consultation ($150) is available. For follow-up visits without insurance, we'll agree on a fee together before we begin.
Most extended health benefit plans in Ontario cover naturopathic care, so your visits may cost you little to nothing out of pocket. Please check your plan for your coverage details.
If your coverage is limited, I can suggest ways to get the most out of what you have, so you can still get the care and results you're after.
How visits work
Care is provided through secure online video consultations for patients across Ontario, from the comfort of your home. Before your visit, you'll complete a health questionnaire and can upload recent lab work for review.
If you prefer a one-on-one visit in person, you're welcome to come to my home office in Vaughan, in the Greater Toronto Area.

How much does a naturopathic consultation cost?
The initial consultation is $280 and includes a 2-week follow-up period with unlimited email support. Follow-up visits are $150 and include 1 week of email support. A reduced-fee initial consultation at $150 is available if you don't have coverage and cost is a concern. For follow-up visits without insurance, we agree on a fee together before we begin.
What if my insurance coverage is limited, or I don't have any?
Please reach out. If your coverage is limited, I can suggest ways to get the most out of what you have. If you have no insurance and cost is a concern, a reduced-fee initial consultation is available, and we'll agree on follow-up fees together before we begin. My aim is to help you get care and results even when coverage isn't ideal.

Do I need a referral?
No referral is needed.
Is naturopathic care covered by OHIP?
OHIP doesn't cover naturopathic care, but most extended health benefit plans in Ontario do. Check your plan for details.
Can I see you in person?
