Here is the thing about chronic disease that become more common as we age – they all have similar causes no

matter what the condition is.

In general terms, it has to do with too much toxicity, too many stressors or deficiency of nutrients and resources, as all these things interfere with the proper functioning of cells.If it affects the brain, you can get dementia, if it affects the arteries, you can get high blood pressure, etc. How do you deal with it constructively? Just take medication? Limit salt and carbs? Eat more salad?

Over the last several decades people have been doing all that and yet incidence chronic diseases haven’t gone down.
